It\u2019s hard for me to believe, but I used to be a computer programmer, and it was in this capacity that I took my first job in Training, delivering the same six week course that I had struggled with as a delegate three years earlier.<\/p>\n

As soon as I moved into the Training Department, it became clear that\u00a0 I was far more interested in people than computers, and a new career had begun.
