Two people have a conversation with a purpose, and that purpose is agreed up front, and never lost sight of.<\/p>\n

We might venture off topic from time to time (that\u2019s what you do when relationships are formed, and we like to form long lasting relationships with those whom we coach), but we never lose sight of where we started and where we want to end up.<\/p>\n
